NexusTerminal Terms of Service

Welcome to NexusTerminal! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the NexusTerminal application ("App") provided by us. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of Service
NexusTerminal is a server management utility for iOS that allows users to:
- Connect to remote servers via SSH.
- Manage files via SFTP.
- Monitor and manage Docker containers and Compose projects.
- Use AI-assisted features for command generation and log analysis.
The App is a tool. We do not provide server hosting, cloud infrastructure, or storage services. You are solely responsible for the servers you connect to using the App.
2. User Responsibilities & Conduct
By using the App, you agree that:
- Authorization: You have the legal right and authorization to access, manage, and modify any server or system you connect to via the App. Unauthorized access to computer systems is a crime.
- Lawful Use: You will not use the App for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to: hacking, port scanning, distributing malware, DDoS attacks, or unauthorized cryptocurrency mining.
- Safety: You are responsible for the commands you execute. We are not responsible for any damage caused by accidental or intentional misuse of root privileges (e.g.,
rm -rf /).
3. AI Features Disclaimer
The App includes an AI Assistant powered by third-party Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Accuracy: AI-generated content may be inaccurate or unsafe. You must verify all AI-generated commands before execution.
- No Liability: We are not liable for any damage resulting from the execution of AI-generated code.
